This part of GB/T 27748 specifies the minimum safety requirements for indoor and outdoor installation of stationary fuel cell power generation systems under the condition of complying with GB/T 27748.1-2011 "Safety of Stationary Fuel Cell Power Generation Systems", and applicable Installation in the following systems: - electrically connected to the main equipment directly or through a transfer switch; - independent power distribution systems; - installations that can supply alternating current or direct current; - installations with or without heat recovery. This section does not apply to: - fuel supply and/or fuel storage systems; - couplings to the grid; - portable fuel cell power generation systems; - driven fuel cell power generation systems; - auxiliary power unit (APU) applications equipment.
