GB/T 27866-2011 Specification of controlling weld hardness of carbon steel and low alloy steel piping and equipment to prevent sulfide stress cracking (English Version)
This standard specifies the hardness control requirements for the prevention of sulfide stress cracking (SSC) in welds of steel pipes and equipment in wet hydrogen sulfide-containing sour oil and gas environments. This standard applies to the welds of SSC-resistant low-carbon steel and low-alloy steel pipes and equipment that can be used in SSC Zones 1, 2 and 3 in sour environments specified in SY/T 0599. The equipment to which this standard applies includes pressure vessels, process piping, heat exchangers, atmospheric storage tanks, valve bodies, pump and compressor housings, etc.
