This provision applies to the design of refractory ceramic fiber linings for general chemical industry furnaces with furnace temperatures not exceeding 1300°C. This provision does not apply to the lining design of positive pressure furnaces and incinerators with high corrosiveness in the flue gas. This provision also does not apply to the lining design of furnaces such as rotary kilns that are in direct contact with materials and whose flue gas contains a lot of ash, slag and particulate matter.
