Scope
1.0.1 In order to facilitate designers to follow the design of refractory fiber linings of chemical industrial furnaces in an orderly manner, so as to ensure that the design is accurate and reasonable, and to adapt to the continuous development and improvement of the technical requirements of the general chemical industry, these regulations are specially formulated. 1.0.2 These technical regulations apply to the design of refractory fiber linings for chemical industrial furnaces where the furnace temperature is not greater than 130°C. 1.0.3 The design of the refractory fiber lining of chemical industrial furnaces should take into account the design requirements of the furnace. 1.0.4 The structural design of the refractory fiber furnace lining must take into account heat loss and the operating temperature of the hot surface, as well as construction, installation and repair. ■ Convenience. 1.0.5 The design of the refractory fiber lining of chemical industrial furnaces should not only comply with this technical requirement, but also comply with the relevant national mandatory standards. The main ones include: "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Masonry Projects" (GBJ 211), "Ordinary Aluminum Silicate Refractory Fiber Felt" (GB 3003), and "Regulations on Structural Design of Chemical Industrial Furnaces" (HG 20541).
