GB 2761-2011 National Food Safety Standard Mycotoxin Limits in Food This standard replaces GB 2761-2005 Mycotoxin Limits in Food and the mycotoxin limit indicators in GB 2715-2005 Food Hygiene Standards. This standard was replaced by GB 2761-2017 National Food Safety Standard Limits of Mycotoxins in Food on 2017-9-17. This standard specifies the aflatoxin B1, aflatoxin M1, deoxynivalenol, patulin, Limit indicators of ochratoxin A and zearalenone.
