Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, model compilation method, classification and basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, product qualification certificate and instruction manual preparation requirements for petroleum gas pipeline flame arresters. This standard applies to dry flame arresters installed on petroleum gas pipelines. Other flame arrester products can be used as a reference.
