Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, test specimens, test conditions, test procedures, result presentation and test report for the axial force controlled fatigue test of metal sheet (strip) specimens (without introducing stress concentration) under the greenhouse. This standard is applicable to the fatigue test of thin metal plate (strip) specimens (not including notched specimens) with a thickness of 0.3 mm to 3 mm subjected to any type of constant load axial cyclic stress amplitude shown in Figure 1; the specimen has a rectangular cross-section The minimum cross-sectional area is less than 30m㎡.
