This standard specifies the testing methods for rubber sealing rings for prestressed and self-stressing concrete pipes, including hazardous substance content determination, chemical stability, performance testing, rubber ring size measurement and appearance quality inspection. This standard is applicable to the testing of rubber seals for pipes transporting drinking water such as prestressed concrete pipes, self-stressing concrete pipes, and prestressed steel cylinder concrete pipes.
