Scope: This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of insulator live cleaning agents. This standard applies to cleaning agents composed of a variety of organic solvents and additives that are used for live cleaning of non-silicone rubber outer insulating surfaces of power equipment. When the power equipment is seriously polluted and is not suitable for water washing, this kind of cleaning agent can be used as the insulating medium for washing.
