Scope: This standard specifies the product classification, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of star gear reducers (hereinafter referred to as reducers). This standard applies to reducers for metallurgy, mining, hoisting, transportation, construction, chemical industry, petroleum equipment or heavy-duty precision transmission, as well as other transmission devices with star wheel transmission characteristics.
