- This standard specifies the structure, dimensions and tolerances, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of the rubber sealing tape of the soft sealing device of floating roof oil tanks. This standard applies to rubber sealing tapes for floating roof oil tank soft sealing devices made of fabrics coated on both sides with rubber that is resistant to crude oil and light oils (except benzene and aromatic hydrocarbons).
