Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions of chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC-C) as the main raw material, adding necessary additives, extruded chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipes and injection molded chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipe fittings , symbols, materials, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC-C) pipes and fittings for sewage and waste water (high and low temperature) in buildings. This standard does not apply to buried pipe networks.
