- This standard specifies the technical parameters, structure, performance, testing and transportation of SF gas recovery devices. This standard applies to the use, testing, packaging and transportation of SF gas recovery devices. This device is a special device used in the manufacturing, use and scientific research departments of SF gas insulated electrical appliances to recover, purify and store SF gas from the SF gas chamber of electrical equipment, and can evacuate and fill the equipment gas chamber with SF gas. The pressure values in this standard are absolute pressure values.
