Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of frozen seawater fish fillets. This standard applies to frozen seawater fish fillets processed from fresh seawater fish and chilled seawater fish caught or cultured in the ocean.
