- Scope
- This part of GB 8965 specifies the technical requirements, inspection (test) methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage of flame-retardant clothing. This part is applicable to the flame-resistant clothing worn by the wearer in places where there are open flames, sparks, operations near molten metal, and flammable substances with fire hazards. This section does not apply to flame-retardant protective clothing worn in fire rescue.
