Scope: This standard specifies the classification and naming, main dimensions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of metal halide lamps for projectors. This standard applies to single-ended and double-ended metal halide lamps (hereinafter referred to as lamps) with a power of 150W. Metal halide lamps conforming to this standard and GB 19652 can be started and ignited normally within the range of 92%~106% of the rated power supply voltage when using ballasts, ignitors and lamps complying with the requirements of Appendix A and Appendix B .
