Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions of emulsion drilling rigs for coal mines (hereinafter referred to as drilling rigs), drilling rig models and basic performance parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as markings, packaging, instructions for use, transportation and storage. This standard is applicable to emulsion drilling rigs used in coal mines, as well as rotary machines and tools in coal mines that use emulsion as the working medium, and can be used as a reference for drilling rigs and rotary machines that use other flame-retardant liquids as their working medium.
