This standard specifies the specific requirements for canned food manufacturers to establish and implement a food safety management system, including human resources, prerequisite programs, key process control, inspection, product traceability and withdrawal. This standard cooperates with GB/T 22000 to apply to the establishment, implementation and self-evaluation of food safety management systems of canned food production enterprises, and can also be used for external evaluation and certification of food safety management systems of such food production enterprises.
