Scope

This specification stipulates the requirements, quality assurance regulations, delivery preparation, etc. of precious metals and their alloy composite solders. This specification is applicable to the Ag72Cu/4J29 composite solder used for soldering of electronic components packaging and the AgCuZnMnNi/CuMn composite solder used for brazing of cemented carbide and steel.
