Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of precious metals and their alloy composite strips. This standard is applicable to composite strips that use precious metals and their alloys as cladding materials and copper or copper alloys as matrix materials for electrical appliances, instruments, and electronic components.
