Scope: This method specifies a method for determining the geometric dimensions of precious metals and their alloys in plate, strip, wire, tube, wire, rod, and composite materials by direct measurement. This method is applicable to the measurement of geometric dimensions of precious metals and their alloy plates, strips, tubes, wires, wires, bars and composite materials. Measuring range: soft metal (pure gold and pure silver) wire, wire and rod diameter greater than 0.1mm, hard metal wire, wire and rod diameter greater than 0.03mm; soft metal (pure gold and pure silver) strip and The thickness of the plate is greater than 0.1mm, the thickness of the hard metal strip and plate is greater than 0.05mm; the diameter of the pipe is greater than 3.0mm.
