Scope: This standard specifies the terms and definitions of Shede Liquor, the scope of protection of geographical indication products, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard is applicable to the Shede series of liquor approved and protected by the national quality supervision, inspection and quarantine administrative department in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
