This standard stipulates that the content (mass fraction) of gold and platinum group metals is 25% to 75%, and the content (mass fraction) of gold is not less than 60%, and the total amount of gold plus platinum group metals (platinum, palladium, iridium, ruthenium and rhodium) Classification, requirements, test methods, packaging, labeling and instructions for use of dental cast precious metal alloys with a content (mass fraction) not less than 75%. This standard applies to cast precious metal alloys for dental restorations and components. This standard does not apply to metal matrix materials for metal-ceramic dental restorations.
