Scope
This standard specifies the water- Requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of glycol-based flame retardant hydraulic fluids. The products covered by this standard are suitable for hydraulic systems that require flame retardancy in metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, mining and other industries. For example: hydraulic system of electric furnace in steelmaking plant, hydraulic system of high-speed wire rod machine, hydraulic system of coiling machine in hot continuous rolling mill, etc.
