Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of high-purity insulating wood pulp. This standard is applicable to the production of various types of capacitor pulp, and is also applicable to the production of high-voltage insulating pulp from 110kV to 330kV and above.
