Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the intrinsic viscosity value of pulp in copper ethylenediamine (CED) solution and the method for calculating the degree of polymerization. This standard applies to bleached chemical pulp soluble in copper ethylenediamine (CED) solution, and also to other kinds of pulp that are completely soluble in copper ethylenediamine (CED) solution.
