Scope

This standard specifies the structural form, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of forged angle high-pressure valves (hereinafter referred to as valves) as well as the structural length of angle valves, assembly dimensions of threaded flange interconnections, forging High-pressure studs, step-end studs and screw hole dimensions, and forged high-pressure nuts. This standard applies to flange-connected angle stop valves, external thread angle stop valves, welded angle stop valves, and angle throttle valves with nominal pressures PN160 to PN320 and nominal sizes DN3 to DN80: balanced angle types from DN50 to DN200. Stop valve, throttle valve (hereinafter referred to as balanced valve); medium temperature -29 ℃ ~ 200 ℃; medium is nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas, urea, nail polish, etc. Forged high-pressure valves with other structural forms may also refer to this standard.
