Scope: This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, dimensions, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of three-fulcrum hard-tooth surface reducers for cranes. This standard applies to QY3S, QY4S and QY34S three series of external meshing involute helical cylindrical gear reducers (hereinafter referred to as reducers). This reducer is mainly used in various relevant mechanisms of cranes, and can also be used in transportation, metallurgy, Transmission mechanism of mechanical equipment in mining, chemical industry and light industry.
