- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules and marking, packaging, storage and transportation requirements for general-purpose steel wire core flame-retardant conveyor belts with rubber covering (hereinafter referred to as "belts"). This standard applies to general-purpose steel wire core flame-retardant conveyor belts used in chemical, coal, metallurgy, electric power and other industries. This standard does not apply to flame-retardant conveyor belts used in coal mines.
