Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of green food quick-frozen pre-packaged flour and rice foods. This standard applies to green food quick-frozen pre-packaged flour products, including quick-frozen dumplings, wontons, shaomai, steamed buns, glutinous rice balls, yuanxiao, steamed buns, Hanamaki, dumplings, pumpkin cakes, etc.
