Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labels, markings, packaging, transportation and storage of green food seashells. This standard applies to green food oysters, scallops, mussels, clams, razor clams, clams, abalone, snails, clams and other live and frozen seawater shellfish.
