- This standard specifies the requirements for DC test voltage measurement systems; calibration of DC test voltage measurement systems; requirements for AC test voltage measurement systems; and calibration of AC test voltage waveforms. At the same time, the influencing factors of DC test voltage and AC test voltage measurement errors and methods to reduce the measurement errors are proposed. This standard is applicable to DC high voltage and AC high voltage tests under conditions such as power plants and substations, as well as power equipment manufacturing plants, repair workshops, laboratories, etc.
