Scope

This standard specifies the model marking, requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of tunnel kiln vegetable and fruit dryers. This standard applies to tunnel kiln dryers (hereinafter referred to as dryers) that use air heated by indirect heating as the drying medium and appropriately pretreated fruits and vegetables as dry materials.
