Scope

This part of GB/T 3810 specifies the inspection methods for the dimensions (length, width, thickness, side straightness, squareness, surface flatness) and surface quality of ceramic tiles. Bricks with an area less than 4cm² shall not be inspected for length, width, side straightness, straightness and surface flatness. Spacer flanges, glaze blisters and other edge irregularities which are concealed in mortar joints after tile laying shall be ignored when measuring length, width, side straightness and squareness.
