Scope

This standard specifies the structure, type and size, technical requirements, installation adjustment, quality inspection, coating and marking of the upper gauge of standard gauge railway double-decker passenger cars (hereinafter referred to as the upper gauge of double-decker passenger cars). This standard applies to the design and manufacture of upper limit gauges for double-decker passenger cars.
