Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, etc. of the food additive Monascus Red. This standard applies to red kojic rice (Red kojic rice, GB 4926 food additive red kojic rice) as raw material, which is extracted, concentrated, and refined, and rice and soybeans are used as the main material, and it is produced by liquid fermentation of Monascus.
