Scope
This document specifies the safety requirements for the equipment and facilities, operation and maintenance, maintenance tests, and emergency response of electrochemical energy storage power stations. This document is applicable to the operation, maintenance, overhaul and safety management of lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid (carbon) batteries, flow batteries, water electrolysis hydrogen production/fuel cell electrochemical energy storage power stations, other types of electrochemical energy storage power stations refer to use.
