Scope: This document specifies the technical requirements for oil-immersed three-phase converter transformers and single-phase converter transformers used in high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission systems, including back-to-back applications. This document applies to converter transformers with two, three or more windings. This document does not apply to: --- Converter transformers for industrial use (see GB/T18494.1); --- Converter transformers for traction (see GB/T25120); --- Transformers for flexible direct current transmission (see GB/T18494.1); T37011).
