This standard stipulates the basic principles of energy saving calculation of coal-fired industrial boilers and kilns, the principle of energy conversion coefficient of standard coal, project boundaries, energy saving calculation, testing methods of related parameters, and energy saving evaluation methods. This standard applies to the energy saving calculation and evaluation of coal-fired industrial boilers and kiln energy-saving technological transformation projects (hereinafter referred to as "projects"). Calculation of energy saving for new projects and management projects can also be used as a reference.
