Scope

This standard specifies the general principles, overall method, measure method, calculation of energy saving rate, requirements and reports for energy saving calculation of energy-consuming units. This standard is applicable to the calculation of energy saving of energy-consuming units, secondary energy-consuming units or components of energy-consuming units.
