- This standard specifies the basic principles, procedures and implementation, risk reduction, re-evaluation and risk assessment documents for off-highway tourism and sightseeing vehicles (hereinafter referred to as "sightseeing vehicles"). This standard is applicable to the risk assessment of tourist vehicles in use, and the risk assessment of newly manufactured sightseeing vehicles can be implemented with reference.
