This document stipulates the technical requirements, laboratory testing methods, ground verification test methods and inspection rules for lunar and planetary in-situ spectroscopic detection instruments (hereinafter referred to as "spectral instruments"). This document is applicable to the design, development, laboratory testing and ground verification of in-situ spectral detection instruments with detection methods such as imaging spectrum, point spectrum and the combination of the two, and detection information types such as radiation spectrum and diffuse reflectance spectrum. Other space spectral detection instruments and ground spectral detection instruments can be implemented by reference.
