- This document specifies the method overview, test conditions, instruments and equipment, samples, test procedures, result calculations and test reports for the determination of the insulation properties of anodic oxide films and organic polymer films. This document is applicable to the determination of the breakdown voltage, breakdown strength and withstand voltage of aluminum and aluminum alloy anodized films and organic polymer films for the purpose of insulating properties.
