Scope: This standard specifies the testing principle, general requirements, testing system, comparative samples, testing procedures, result evaluation, records and reports, etc. of industrial computer tomography (CT) testing of fiber reinforced resin matrix composites. This standard applies to industrial computer tomography (hereinafter referred to as industrial CT) detection of internal defects such as delamination, cracks, pores, and inclusions in fiber-reinforced resin-based composite materials.
