Scope

This standard specifies the radiation protection requirements for X-ray and gamma-ray inspection. This standard applies to flaw detection work (including fixed flaw detection and mobile flaw detection) using X-ray flaw detectors and gamma-ray flaw detectors of 600 kV and below, and non-destructive testing for industrial CT flaw detection and non-flaw detection purposes. . This standard does not apply to industrial flaw detection work performed by accelerators and neutron flaw detectors.
