This document specifies the test method for the hand-transmitted vibration measurement of the handle part of the mold grinder, and determines the type inspection procedure for the vibration magnitude of the grip part of the handle when the machine is operated under typical test conditions. The measured results are used to compare the vibration of different types of machines of the same type. This document applies to hand-held machines driven by compressed air or other means for trimming operations on different materials such as hard steel/plastics by means of alloy files or grinding heads mounted on chucks; it is also applicable to the use of grinding wheels Or a low-speed die grinder with a barrel wheel. Note 1: This document does not apply to straight-shank grinders equipped with Type 1 flat grinding wheels, Type 4 single-bevel grinding wheels, or different types of cylindrical dies with shanks. Such machines are specified in GB/T 26548.4. Note 2: This document does not apply to die grinders using wire brushes. Note 3: In order to avoid confusion between "power tool" and "insertion tool", "machine" is used throughout this document instead of "power tool".
