- This standard specifies the process requirements, product quality requirements and sampling for electroplating pure tin and tin-copper alloys. This standard applies to solderability electroplating of pure tin and electroplating of tin-copper alloys in the electronics industry. This standard does not apply to decorative tin and tin alloy plating.
