- This standard specifies the terms and definitions of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) automobile fuel hydrogen, the purity of hydrogen, the requirements of impurity content in hydrogen and its analysis and test methods, etc. This standard applies to the quality requirements for fuel hydrogen used in polyperfluorosulfonic acid proton exchange membrane fuel cell vehicles.
