Scope: This part specifies the requirements, test methods, packaging marks, storage and transportation and safety requirements of industrial hydrogen. This section applies to bottled, containerized and pipelined hydrogen produced by chemical cracking, electrolysis, adsorption, membrane separation and hydride. It is mainly used in industries such as petroleum, food, fine chemicals, glass and artificial gemstones, metal smelting, cutting and welding.
