Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the thin-layer chromatography and immunoassay (ELISA) of deoxynivalenol in grains and their products (cakes, biscuits, bread, etc.). This standard applies to the determination of deoxynivalenol in grains (millet, corn, barley, etc.) and their products (cakes, biscuits, bread, etc.). The minimum detection concentration of the first method is 0.1mg/kg. The minimum detectable concentration of the second method is 0.1ng/kg.
